How have you been moving your body during this quarantine?
Movement is important, it releases endorphines and helps keep you active and healthy. This September 26, GK Boston is hosting a full body fitness workout, with fitness coach Jeff Siegel.
A blend of mobility, strength, and conditioning, this bodyweight class will be workout experience that will leave you satisfied and energized.
Playful flows meet creative strength training with cardio bursts in-between activities. The only thing you need is a willingness to breathe, move, and smile. All levels welcome.

Proceeds of the event will benefit Gawad Kalinga USA's child and youth development program of community kitchens, known as Kusina ng Kalinga.
