About the Event
November is a month where we stop and be thankful for all that has come.
We are thankful for YOU -- our GK USA Community. We are thankful for how you have stood by us, rallied, whole-heartedly volunteered and gave of your time and resources to build this sharing and caring community to what it is today. We would not have helped as many people or accomplished all that we have.
As a token of our thanks, we would like to invite you to a FREE thanksgiving gathering.
In collaboration with the Filipino Food Movement, award-winning Chef Nouel Omamalin has graciously agreed to teach us one of his most famous pastries, The Gods Must be Crazy.
Chef Nouel is a Filipino chef who respects traditions and cultures and who loves to re-imagine the pastry world over and over again.
Just as we come together for our Filipino brothers and sisters in their time of need, let us also gather together to nurture and strengthen our ties with one another even as we are across different parts of the country. Please invite all your friends and family to participate. The event is open to all!
Any donations to our #BeaHungerWarrior cause are also greatly appreciated but are not a requirement to participate.
