URGENT HELP NEEDED

In the wake of Typhoon Pepito, our priority is to support families in Bicol and Cagayan Valley. Their most urgent needs are food and sleeping mats, so we are raising funds to provide food and relief packs to aid them in this challenging time.

Gawad Kalinga is currently in touch with local communities that are in need of immediate help.

We are where we are needed.

When disasters strike our communities, we are ready to raise funds immediately. Gawad Kalinga offers donors a highly-effective way to provide disaster relief. Funds go directly to the affected populations, thanks to GK's on-the-ground presence!

Because dozens of storms strike the Philippines each year, GK is tapped to provide immediate, on-the-ground support each time disaster strikes. We are able to reach those in need immediately, and communicate the needs of affected communities to those who can provide support.

Typhoon Carina ( July 2024)

Thousands of families in the Philippines are displaced due to widespread flooding caused by Typhoon Carina. We need your help to urgently be able to provide disaster relief for the poor families.

You can help by donating to fund the Disaster Relief Packs filled with food, water and other much needed essentials.

One individual disaster relief pack costs $15.00.

Typhoon Odette (Dec 2021)

In the aftermath of Typhoon Odette (Typhoon Rai), the crucial task is to help the affected families in the Visayas and Mindanao get back on their feet.

Your contribution will help cover providing disaster relief packs ($15 per pack) and shelter repairs ($595 per home).

Typhoon Kristine (Oct 2024)

"Typhoon Kristine" (Trami)hit several regions in the Philippines , particularly Bicol and Calabarzon, many homes were destroyed and sadly, many lives were also lost.
